La Cristalina is in Chinchiná, Caldas at the central mountain range. The farm sits at an altitude of 1.460 to 1.790 m.a.s.l. and has a total of 40 hectares. It’s planted with coffee on 32 hectares and the varieties that they harvest are Caturra, Colombia, Castillo, Bourbon Cristalina, and Pink Bourbon.

La Cristalina farm is full of history and coffee culture, it has been in the Valdés family for more than 100 years, and right now is managed by the 4th generation.
Luis José Valdés is one of the owners and producers, he and all his family care a lot about the environment, for this reason, ecological processing and dry pulping are carried out to use less water and produce organic fertilizer.
